I have a discount code which is not working, how do I redeem that offer?Updated 5 months ago
All discount codes are subject to either the stated duration (e.g.: ‘until [November 1]’), or the conclusion of a specific promotion (e.g.: ‘Christmas Sale’). Please check first if the promotion for that discount has ended.
If the discount is still valid, please try clearing the cache of your browser, as occasionally discount codes might not apply correctly in the checkout process.
If that still does not work, please contact our Customer Support team at [email protected] and we will look into it for you.
NOTE: We cannot retroactively apply a discount code to an order. The discount code must be entered at checkout to receive the current promotion or discount.
