What if my product arrives damaged?Updated 5 months ago
We have an easy 60-day warranty for defects and damage. In order to file a warranty claim in the event of a defect or damage during shipping, simply email us within that 60 days at [email protected] with at least 1 image* of the product in question and your original order ID number.
We may ask you to provide further information to support your claim to assist us with our assessment of the damage, defect or fault. We will respond to your application for return within a reasonable time.
*Additional images may be required depending on the nature of the defect.
